Chase the Views (and the Brews!) with Skagit Run Clubs

Don’t just run—thrive with the heartbeat of the Skagit running community! From the misty, evergreen trails of Anacortes to the flat, scenic farm-to-market roads of Mount Vernon, local run clubs are popping up all over the valley like wildflowers in spring.

These aren’t your intimidating “Olympic-sprint-only” groups; they are vibrant, welcoming packs of locals who believe that every mile is better shared. Whether you’re looking to crush a personal best, find a new trail buddy, or simply earn that post-run craft beer at a local taproom, there’s a pace and a place specifically for you. No matter if you’re a “tortoise” or a “hare”, you’ll find high-fives and heavy breathing in equal measure.

Why Join the Pack?

  • Explore Hidden Gems: Discover secret trails and scenic routes you’d never find on a map.

  • Total Inclusivity: Clubs offer “no-drop” runs, meaning nobody gets left behind, regardless of speed.

  • The Social Finish Line: Many runs end at local cafes or breweries—the perfect reward for those hard-earned miles.
